This is my favorite way to easily find legitimate wholesale suppliers. If you know the product (s) you want to sell, call the manufacturer and ask for a list of its wholesale distributors. You can then contact these wholesalers to see if they are losing the ship and asking to create an account
Since most wholesalers carry products from a variety of manufacturers, this strategy will allow you to quickly acquire a selection of products within the niche you are exploring. After making a few calls to the leading manufacturers in a niche, you can quickly identify the leading wholesalers in that market.

1. Understand your industry's distribution channels

2. Test the manufacturer first

Product type - make sure that your products are allowed for shipping to the country you plan to target, such as leather, wood, bamboo and related goods are not allowed for import to certain countries. Or they should meet the import conditions.
International Dropshipping: Challenges
Let's see what international drop shipping challenges those who plan to become international expect. The following eight questions should be considered before starting an international drop shipping company.
- Finding Suppliers - You can ask your current supplier if he / she is losing ships worldwide. Or use sources like Dropwow or AliExpress . In both marketplaces, there are merchants from China who drop ships internationally. If you are confused about choosing between US-based suppliers or China-based suppliers, read the answer .
- Calculate delivery costs - Contact your operator to learn about costs for further calculation. Or visit a product page on the Dropwow market to see shipping costs there.
- Resolve the customs duty issue - This information can also be provided by your carrier. Non-expensive items that drop shippers often choose do not usually require customs duties.
- Use ePacket - Work with vendors that provide ePacket. This delivery method is the best if you cooperate with Chinese traders. It is available in many countries, it is much cheaper than other variants because it has limits (small and light packages) that do not actually limit dropshippers. - Find products - Choose products that can be easily shipped (light, small, not sensitive).
- Set shipping prices - You can set your shipping prices in your store. There are two ways to do this - by price or weight. The shipping price that is affected by the price depends on an order price. - Use the currency converter app to help your customers. Find the app in the Shopify app Store .
- Do not translate - Sometimes beginners ask if they should do a translation or not before they start marketing to other countries. In most cases, dropshippers do not. Since there are no limits to targeting other nations such as Germany, France, Spain, etc., the point is that it is not about translating the text into a store. Your advertising, emails and online customer support chat should also be translated and Google Translate does not help you much. Focus first on your sales but not on localization.
